It was a perfect day to be out and shooting, I hope everyone took advantage of it. The above shot was taken over the top of a waterfall, most of the front was froze over so I just wanted to show off the view. Also, I used a Graduated Filter that fades from 2 stop [dark grey] to clear to expose for the snow while still retaining the sky. If you don't have this filter you can always take two captures, one exposed for the snow and the second exposed for the sky, then use layers in post-production to blend the images together.
