Day three of fruit and veggie images, today is an image of a Tomatillo. This fruit, yes it's a fruit, I was surprised as well, has a husk like cover that you peel off and it looks like a tomato. But it makes an awesome Salsa if you blend it (cook for a few minutes [whole] in a pan) with a little water, peppers, and then add cilantro & onions. This shot was lite with 1 flash theough a reflector, and used foil cards on the left and front of the Tomatillo to fill in light.
